Returns

• Window: 30 days from delivery for unopened/unused items in original packaging.
• RMA required: Email admin@hydroexvac.com for an RMA before shipping anything back.
• Condition: Include all parts, manuals, and accessories; no damage, leaks, or heavy wear.
• Fees: Shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; no restocking fee.
• Not eligible: Used, modified, damaged, or out-of-spec operation.

12-Month Limited Warranty

This product is warranted against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from purchase.

Exclusions (not covered): normal wear and tear; misuse/abuse; improper maintenance; unauthorized repair or modification; operation outside rated specs; use contrary to instructions/safety guidance.

Safety & specs (operate within limits):
• Max 5000 PSI (max 4000 PSI when using the Turbo Nozzle)
• Never aim at people, animals, or electrical devices
• Wear appropriate PPE (eye/hand/body protection; long sleeves, closed-toe footwear)
• Depressurize & disconnect before servicing or changing nozzles
• Inspect hoses/fittings before each use; do not use if damaged or leaking

Remedy: At our discretion, we will repair or replace a product confirmed defective under this warranty. Proof of purchase may be required. Disclaimer: No other warranties—express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—are provided where permitted by law.
