Preorder status
Estimated shipping
Orders ship first come first served. We will email you when your unit is ready to purchase and again when it ships.
Processing and carriers
Once in stock
Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process.
Carriers
UPS Ground and USPS services for the contiguous United States. Tracking information is emailed when the order ships.
Partial shipments may occur for large or multi box orders.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout and are based on carrier, destination, and package size or weight.
Addresses and changes
Please confirm your shipping address at purchase.
For corrections, email sales@hydroexvac.com before the order ships.
We are not responsible for delays or loss resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Damage on arrival
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the box and all contents and contact sales@hydroexvac.com within 48 hours.
Retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
Delivery issues
For missing, delayed, or stolen packages, we will assist you in opening a carrier claim.
Once a package is marked delivered, the carrier determines claim eligibility.
