Processing & carriers

• Once in stock: 1–3 business days to process.
• Carriers: UPS/FedEx Ground (contiguous US). Tracking emailed when shipped.
• Partial shipments may occur for large or multi-box orders.

Addresses & changes

Damage on arrival

• If your package arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents and contact sales@hydroexvac.com within 48 hours.
